  • How do we control spend if it's automated?

    As the implementer, you have full control of the product category selection in your SiteHive, and control over what operatives are allowed access to the store. Cameras, sensors, and advanced AI picks up every movement of operatives in the store, and ensures items are fully tracked to the right person.

  • How reliable is the AI?

    SiteHive uses proprietary software that is proven and tested in other industries, including retail. Whilst some solutions only rely on camera input, we collect multiple data points from sensors and scales alongside image capture, meaning there is a near 100% reliability.

  • Can multiple operatives be in a SiteHive at one time?

    Yes! Multiple operatives can be in the SiteHive at any given moment, and the software will still be able to differentiate between people whilst they pick up, put down, and checkout of the SiteHive.

  • What about capturing PO numbers or cost codes?

    On leaving the store, operatives can be prompted to enter a PO number or cost code for their purchase, and we can even show a list of available options for different operatives.

  • Does it work for lightweight products?

    Yes, even down to a single pair of gloves, our secret AI sauce works its magic through multiple inputs - cameras, sensors and scales to ensure every item is identified correctly and assigned to the operative.

  • What support is in place if an operative has issues?

    We offer direct support with a dedicated 24/7 team for any technical issues. For product and account support, the account management team can be spoken to directly from the unit via video call, phoned, or emailed.

  • Can you integrate SiteHive to our procurement system?

    Yes, we can integrate to almost any procurement system as part of the implementation process. Our procurement platform, EDGE, powers the data and cloud infrastructure behind SiteHive - meaning we can pull contract numbers, budgets, PO numbers, cost codes, and more - as well as integrated GRNs, eInvoices and PODs.
