In 1992, a contractor realised the biggest cost and bottleneck to his business was the lack of a reliable, fast supplier. So he sold his contracting business, and started the precursor to CMT with a simple mission: making life easier on construction projects.
Fast-forward to today, and we've grown to become the largest independent site equipment supplier to main contractors in the UK - supplying everything from access equipment to woodscrews.
We're not owned, controlled or limited by a multinational mega-corp, so we do things differently.
